Inês Bravo

Inês graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Lisbon and a post-graduation in Conservation Biology from the University of Évora, wherein she mainly focused in conservation of wild species. She always had a special interest in the arts, which led her to eventually study Graphic Design at the Lisbon School of Design and to become a Professional UI/UX Designer for Web & Mobile at FLAG. She worked as a freelance designer and illustrator and in 2017 joined the Science Communication team at IGC. Presently, Inês is in charge of the visual communication of events and activities in the Public Engagement unit at IGC, and regularly collaborates with the IGC’s Science and Society initiative’s Lab in a Box and Citizen Science projects.
